Customer: Executive General Adjuster for an Insurance Company

Overview: 

A massive fire ripped through an 8-unit apartment complex destroying the entire roof structure as well as the interiors of the apartments. We were able to conduct one site visit with the adjuster and the insured's contractor and were able to reach an agreed scope of work that day. Within a few weeks, we had an agreed repair estimate that allowed the adjuster to quickly settle and close out the building portion of this claim.
