Customer: Insurance company that insures a country club and its surrounding golf course

Location: Panama City, Florida

Overview: 

A golf course and its associated building structures were heavily damaged by the high winds associated with Hurricane Michael. Reserves were set in the million-dollar range with the golf course, country club, maintenance shop and golf cart storage buildings sustaining the most significant damage. Most trees were either blown down or damaged, and many of the structures were total losses. We worked with the insurance carrier to set proper reserves and provide appropriate repair estimates on every damaged structure throughout the property.
