Cause of Loss: Hail Damage

Overview: 

A destructive hail storm with hail in excess of 5 inches in diameter destroyed the roofing surface and exterior stucco of a shopping center. Hail ripped through the Thermoplastic Polyolefin roofing membrane and Polyisocyanurate insulation board. The hail also destroyed the stucco clad exterior elevations of the shopping center. The roof damage allowed rain water to enter and damage the interior build-outs of various tenant spaces. Global Disaster Solutions was able to quickly agree on a scope of work and a detailed repair estimate that allowed the building to be restored quickly, which allowed all the tenants to remain in business with little down time.
