Cause of Loss: Fire

Customer: Executive General Adjuster for a Large Adjusting Firm 

Overview: 

A large fire ripped through an apartment building destroying the entire roof structure and most of the second floor. Eight apartments were a total loss with an additional four apartments sustaining smoke and water damage. A site visit with the involved parties allowed for a quick scope of work to be agreed upon. We subsequently prepared a detailed estimate and agreed with all parties on the repair estimate within two weeks. This allowed the adjuster to have quick closure of the building portion of the loss.
